Bacon

Eggs

Milk

Salt

Paprika

Chopped chives

Chopped parsley

Into individual baking dishes, chop 2 tablespoons uncooked bacon. Put dishes under broiler until bacon is crisp. Into each dish break 1 or 2 eggs, add 1 tablespoon milk, and season to taste with salt, paprika, and, if available, chives or parsley.

Bake in 350° oven until whites are set (peek at them often).

Yield: Not specified

Notes:

  1. Had some leftover cooked bacon in the fridge so used that instead of raw

  2. Went with dried chives since I had some on hand

  3. This could definitely be a great way to use up things in the fridge (subbing in different protein or vegetables in place of the bacon)
